Land Reclamation
Reclamation is the process of returning the land to a condition as similar to its pre-construction condition as possible. In many jurisdictions where companies operate, reclamation is required by law, but specific regulatory requirements vary across jurisdictions. Here at JGK Partners, we will implement the reclamation plan you have set forth with environmentally sound practices, as well as doing it on time, and within budget.
Hydro-Excavation
Hydro Excavation is the process of removing or moving soil with pressurized water. An air conveyance or vacuum is then used to transfer the soil or debris to a debris tank. At JGK Partners, we believe hydro-excavation to be the safest and most non-destructive method to locate underground utilities.
Underground Utilities
Underground utilities are services which produce and carry electric power, gas, sewage, communications, oil, water and storm drains below the surface of the ground. At JGK Partners, we provide these services for installation and repair with the landowner as our number one priority.
Hydro-Seeding
Hydroseeding dispenses seed and soil amendments by using an emulsification of water and mulch sprayed out evenly on the surface of the ground. Conventional seeding is a more traditional approach where soil amendments are broadcasted, seed is drilled or broadcasted, and covered by straw mulch to help achieve vegetation.
Access Road Installation
At JGK Partners, we install roads for ease-of-access to our work sites. These access roads are done professionally and in most cases, are erected out of an old trail deemed unusable. The roads are meant to eliminate environmental damage from our equipment. They can be constructed in a matter of days; which lowers costs of installation and the work on the right-of-way can be started.

Conventional Seeding
Following pipeline construction, the area above and adjacent to the pipeline will need to be seeded to reduce soil erosion. There are a variety of seeding mixtures available to re-establish vegetative growth, giving landowners numerous options.
Slip Repair
Failed slopes are a common occurrence where construction has taken place. We have the knowledge to recognize the origin of the failure, and the experience to rectify the root cause. JGK Partners utilizes several methods for remediation, including but not limited to; installation of a toe key with various forms of drains, reapplying excavated material in lifts to achieve compaction, and installing proper slope breakers to ensure water shed accompanied with erosion control blanket. No matter the size of the scope, JGK Partners is equipped for the job.
Right of Way Maintenance
A right-of-way, also known as an easement, is a part of private land designated for use by a public utility, such as a road, railway, or power line. Navigable rivers in the USA are also deemed public rights-of-way. In cases where damage is caused to the easement, such as erosion of the land, it must be rectified by the utility company or the user of the easement that initially caused the damage. Generally, easements require clearing to the extent that makes them easily accessible to the public and/or allows the utility company to maintain their services safely and effectively. Such clearing can involve the permanent removal of trees from an area.
Installation/Removal of ECDs
At JGK Partners, we understand the importance of protecting natural resources and the role that effective erosion control has maintaining the integrity of the job site. Managing runoff is critical, and we provide a range of strategies for doing just that – tailored to the engineering objectives and the realities on the ground.
Fencing Installation
Most fencing projects can be seen as tedious and very time-consuming. At JGK Partners, we take great pride in our work and operate at a generous pace to make sure your fencing project gets done the correct way and finished in a timely manner. We provide a wide array of fencing options, including; temporary and permanent, 3-,4-,5- strand barbed or smooth wire, H or double H braces, gates, high tensile, and hog/sheep panel. Poly Pipe
"Poly" pipe, which is short for polybutylene, is a pipe used across the globe for applications such as water mains, gas mains, sewer mains, slurry transfer lines, rural irrigation, fire system supply lines, electrical and communications conduit, and stormwater and drainage pipes. At JGK Partners, we utilize this form of pipe in many applications along the pipeline, such as, installing lateral pipes between two lines, as well as, what is listed above.

Right of Way Mowing
Along with Right of Way maintenance, JGK Parnters provides Right of Way mowing to the easements that we reclaim. Mowing the land is just another step that we take to return the land to the pristine condition we found it in. Our company focuses on the well-being of the environment, and that we are responsible for its upkeep.
